Strange Happenings in Edinburgh
The Color Guard in the Edinburgh street parade.
Pictured (from left to right) are Bob Hughes, rifleman (obscured),
Tom Rafferty carrying the National Colors,
Bob Hahnel Marine carrying the Marine Corps Flag, and Ron Stahlman,
rifle man. What's unusual? The National Colors, due to wind,
wrapped around Bob Hughes' head for the parade through downtown
to Edinburgh Castle. See newspaper accounts below.
